The UAE’s first video guide mobile application, travall, has revealed its live date as 2nd December. Free-to-download app travall’s innovative format offers users an interactive visual experience in choosing how and where to visit in Dubai.
travall say they’re looking to create ‘pre-mories’ – experiences of the destination prior to getting there.
A UAE-developed brand, travall aims to change the way tourists and residents in the UAE review and book various activities. Not only can users check accommodation, dining, venues, clubs, and clinics by watching a 30 or 60-second video, but they can also film their own 15-second VideoReview – a first of its kind in the UAE.
Other key features include building an itinerary for your trip, making reservations, sharing details on social media, rating and reviewing an outlet, redeeming free vouchers and taking advantage of last minute promotions. In addition the most engaged users will earn points towards prizes and rewards, totaling $100,000 at the moment.
Adam Ridgway, CEO for travall said: “We’re super excited to launch in Dubai on the 2nd December, and travall is set for further expansion in other Emirates early in 2015.
“We won’t stop there! In 2015 we are taking the brand international to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, India, Mexico, South Africa and the USA,” Ridgway continued.
“Clients already on board include the Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, Anantara, Sofitel, Cle, Dubai World Trade Centre and RTA. We are the first in the UAE with a platform to create video reviews; however all content is reviewed by us before being uploaded.”
Download travall free from the App Store or Google Play for all iOS and Android users.
