The highly anticipated production ‘From A to B’, directed by award-winning Emirati director Ali Mostafa, was released this week to cinemas across the GCC & MENA regions.

Debuting on January 8, ‘From A to B’ was released in the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, followed by Egypt on January 14, giving the film one of the biggest releases across the region for a locally produced film.

Co-produced by UAE based Image Nation Abu Dhabi and twofour54, the film stars Saudi stand-up comedian and social media star Fahad Albutairi, along with Egyptian comedian Shadi Alfons and Syrian actor Fadi Rifaai, who all make their film debut.

Joining the three leads are a number of impressive co-stars including Madeline Zima (‘Californication’) and 17-year-old Palestinian Leem Lubany (oscar-winning ‘Omar’).

Mohammed Al Mubarak, Chairman of Image Nation, said: “Together with twofour54, we are consistently striving to build the UAE film industry – and this partnership is tribute to that. We are excited to be working together on this project.”

Noura Al Kaabi, CEO of twofour54 also added: “Part of twofour54’s mission is to drive the development of the creative industries across the UAE and the region.”

‘From A to B’ follows three friends as they travel from Abu Dhabi to Beirut on a road trip to honour the memory of their deceased friend.
