Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre celebrated years of culinary fete, extraordinary meals and interactive experiences across their 18 distinctly styled restaurants, by launching ‘Secrets of Gourmet Cuisine’, on February 25th 2015.
‘Secrets of Gourmet Cuisine’ reveals secrets of thoughtfully crafted meals, unfolding the adventure of cooking for the discriminating epicureans with a passion for cooking. More than a cookbook, ‘Secrets of Gourmet Cuisine’ has been personally designed by Executive Chef Pierrick Cizeron and his expert team of chefs at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre. To make sure that every gourmet food aficionados enjoys their own personal dining experience, the book allows unprecedented access of the best dishes from every continent.
