Hotels in the Group’s Network Close Excellent Global Deals

HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings was represented by a strong sales delegation at the 49th edition of ITB Berlin from 4 to 8 March 2015. With 10,096 exhibitors from 186 countries, the show saw a large increase in numbers from Asia, India and the Arab countries.

HMH CEO Laurent A. Voivenel, said, “ITB Berlin is the world’s largest travel trade show bringing together the finest travel products and services from around the globe. With Europe being one of the key feeder markets for The Ajman Palace Hotel, Coral Beach Resort Sharjah and Coral Dubai Deira Hotel, ITB Berlin is a ‘must attend’ trade event for us and provides our teams with the perfect platform for doing business as well as networking. Our hotels closed some excellent deals this year. In addition, it was also an opportunity for our sales teams to catch up on the latest trends and understand the challenges and prospects for business including pressing issues such as the impact of soft euro”.

More than 100,000 trade visitors attended the exhibition this year that also saw the first Buyer Seller Speed Dating event in an aim to give exhibitors’ business an extra sales boost. Laurent stressed, “Our aim is to attract more German and European tourists at our hotels and strengthen our position in the market. ITB Berlin is where supply meets demand and was once again a great success for HMH”.
