A new lifestyle service – myconcierge.com – has launched for UAE residents and visitors. The site has been created by npimedia, publisher of the concierge portfolio of magazines, as a digital hub for the destination’s best experiences – spanning activities, shopping, restaurants and top hotels and resorts.
Launched with over 60 premium brand partners, myconcierge.com offers more than 100 high-end lifestyle experiences to its users and comes gone to market with the support of its exclusive launch partner, Cartier.
“myconcierge.com is populated by fantastic media that includes video, a wealth of partner content inspiring the user to book, a responsive site that works across screens and devices, a dynamic CMS that can be accessed by partners, a rewards programme and an aggressive marketing campaign to bring in users,” explained managing director, Rob Nicholas.
“myconcierge.com is like a department store that displays only the very best of what the UAE has to offer. But this is a department store that can change its shop window according to who is walking by – displaying products and services ideally suited to either the resident or the visitor,” said Nicholas.
Multimedia is a key component of the site. For this reason, the myconcierge.com launch event was held at Reel Cinemas. “The video we have on myconcierge.com is as much at home on the big screen as it is on the smartphone. We wanted to get that point across in the best way possible – and that was in the cinema,” said Nicholas.
Ex-chief concierge of Atlantis, The Palm Dubai, Ankur Bagga is tasked with curating only the best experiences that meet five-star expectations and he is supported by a team of relationship managers responsible for signing up new partners to the site.
“Although myconcierge.com is a new service, the concierge concept is not. When I first saw what NPI was doing to bring the concierge to life on a digital platform I was blown away, and to be honest, so were most clients when we revealed the concept to them at the launch events,” said Bagga.
Residents and visitors can signup to myconcierge.com free of charge.
