During Easter in Italy, there are massive, elaborately decorated chocolate eggs that fill shop windows. The sweet treats are considered Italians’ food gift of choice at this time of year, with each containing a surprise.

In the spirit of sharing, Cipriani Yas Island has created a tasty giant chocolate egg, which will be broken and shared amongst diners at the restaurant. To add to the festive vibe, the restaurant will be serving a delicious four-course menu on April 4th and 5th, 2015.

Adorned with festive decorations for all ages, the restaurant will be serving an array of mouth-watering delights including Steak Tartare Alla Cipriani and classic Risotto with white and green asparagus. For meat lovers, the main courses are equally delicious with choices such as Chilean Sea Bass “Alla Carlina” with a side of rice pilaf, or Roasted Lamb Shoulder with braised artichokes. To wrap up the experience, diners can indulge in Focaccia, a traditional oven-baked flat bread, drizzled with vanilla sauce.

To complete this family affair, children have their own mini-menu, including favourites such as Penne with bolognese ragù and succulent Chicken Breast Milanese with a side of French fries. For a wider selection of traditional Italian dishes, the à la carte menu will also be available during the evening.
