Its award-winning dishes – the Guacamole en Molcajete prepared tableside in a lava-rock mortar, the Tacos, as well as the Frozen Pomegranate Margarita – are anchored in the culture and traditions of Mexico, while incorporating modern innovation and regional accents. Rosa Mexicano continues its commitment to serving authentic Mexican flavours, using socially responsible ingredients served in a stylish and festive atmosphere bursting with its signature hues of purples, pinks, reds and oranges, and in dramatic architectural designs featuring a cascading water wall.
