The start of August will see the team at Rosso, Amwaj Rotana’s popular Italian restaurant, launch a new concept – the Saturday Family Lunch. Kids 12 years and under dine free when accompanied by two adults while adults enjoy all you can eat pizzas and pastas from only AED 99 per person. Other packages include soft drinks at AED 119 per person and with house beverages at AED 239 per person.

Welcoming the season of summer truffles, the kitchen team at Rosso, once again collaborating with Dubai’s Truffle Man, Massimo Vidoni, has gone into “truffle mode” to craft delicious dishes with equally luxurious ingredients such as scallops, duck and porcini mushrooms to ensure guests enjoy the full flavours of this renowned ingredient.

On the 5th of August, the hotel will organise an exclusive dinner paired with luscious reds and whites from the vineyards of Sardinia and Piedmont in Italy, which will also be presented by a sommelier who guests may interact with. The dinner promises four courses paired with grape beverages at AED 400 per person.

Fridays see the hotel’s one-of-a-kind Friday Brunch continue offering the award-winning Italian cuisine of Rosso, remarkable Japanese cuisine of Benihana and international favourites from Horizon for all to enjoy. The brunch is well worth the visit especially with a trip inside the Benihana kitchen, live stations and dishes made with organic and locally sourced produce. Prices from AED 235 per person.
