Dubai’s ever-popular bar& restaurant has revealed a whole new look, complete with a tantalising new menu and an exquisite new ‘Botanical Garden’ gin barthat houses an exceptional array of boutique gins from the recently launched collection by MMI.

The revamp introduces subtle but striking improvements to Left Bank’s interior with modern fitting and fixtures, textured furniture and eye-catching touches with coloured walls and pillars. The new menu serves up delicious food and fabulous cocktails at the spectacular waterfront location at the Madinat Jumeirah and provides a fresh-faced meeting place with a bright and relaxed environment.

In keeping with the brand’s vision for continued innovation, Left Bank’s revamp comes with an exciting addition – the launch of a first-of-its-kind Botanical Garden. A uniquely designed bar, the Botanical Garden houses a collection of boutique gin classics that date as far back as the 1820s, served in a creatively designed space and enhanced environment for guests to socialise in. Left Bank’s menu of beverages has been enriched with a selection of boutique gin products paired with Fever Tree tonic water, carefully curated by a skilled industry professional with extensive international experience in mixology.

The new Left Bank menu hosts a mix of modern and contemporary cuisine inspired from continents around the world, with a ‘sharing of food and drinks’ concept. The menu is a selection of the finest and freshest ingredients in the form of delectable starters, salads and mains offering guests a variety of delicious flavours to choose from. Regionally popular dishes such as lamb kofta kebab and halloumi and vegetable skewers have a place amidst the chicken liver pate with spiced apple chutney and Thai beef noodle salad.

The menu still caters to Left Bank’s Legends, all-time favourites such as fish and chips and the Left Bank wagyu burger. The refurbished Left Bank is now open at Madinat Jumeirah from 10 am until 2 am Saturday to Tuesday and 10 am until 3 am Wednesday to Friday.
