A typical session: Brought to you by Tony Scullion and Xplosive Fitness, bootcamp is a 60-minute, high-intensity, military-style workout typically done outdoors, incorporating a combination of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, resistance, speed and agility exercises. Programmes have been designed to suit all ages and fitness levels. Specific nutrition consultations and meal plans are made upon request. The way to your perfect shape starts from a high-intensity, military-style workout programme.

The USP: The workout takes place on a private white sandy beach at Kempinski Hotel Ajman and throughout the workout, you mainly use your own body weight. No workout session is ever the same as the previous one. Kick start your fitness now!
