The hotel employees under food and drinks department received certificates for completing the HACCP training based on the application of scientific principles to food processing and production is regularly provided to relevant staff to ensure the continuous successful implementation of HACCP principles. The acquirement of this certificate is another step the hotel has taken to prove its commitment to offering the best to its guests while conducting business in a responsible way.
In addition, the hotel housekeeping employees undergo the Diversey training that specialises products handling usage, relate principles of cleaning to address health and safety concerns, better understanding and dilution control and incorporate green cleaning products and procedures. This is to make sure that cleaning objectives are clearly communicated to everyone and consistently met in the utmost efficient and effective manner possible.
