Gourmet catering company, Chez Charles, has launched an exciting new food delivery service, as it looks to build on the early success of its recently unveiled catering division.

The Chez Charles FOR ONE concept aims to create and deliver Michelin star-quality food to offices and individuals in Dubai’s key commercial districts.

“The Chez Charles FOR ONE concept was created by our team. It is another expression of our passion for food and commitment to across-the-board quality, from ingredients and preparation to presentation and, of course, taste,” said Charles Boghos, CEO, Chez Charles.

Chez Charles uses only the freshest, handpicked seasonal products sourced from trusted partners and artisan producers around the globe, and the new Chez Charles FOR ONE menu reflects this approach from starters through to main courses and desserts.

The menu changes on a weekly basis. Starters include dishes such asquinoa salad with braised octopus and a confit escabeche vegetables, Puy lentils with smoked salmon and a colourful mixed beetroot salad served with old-fashioned mustard dressing.

Example of main courses include white cod served on a cauliflower puree, warming wintery braised beef with roasted carrots, and a hearty home-made gnocchi accompanied by braised artichokes and tomato sauce with fresh basil and Parmesan.

No menu is complete without dessert, and the Chez Charles FOR ONE selection offers both healthy and indulgent options such as fresh fruit Goji berry-infused fruit salad, chocolate mousse topped with caramel chocolate and apple and mango crumble.

“We also wanted to make the concept an affordable dining experience, so we bring the best in Michelin star expertise direct to your home or office, at a deliciously accessible price, with dishes starting from just AED 28 and an entire three-course lunch or dinner for just AED 109,” said Boghos.

The concept is environment-friendly with all dishes presented in re-usable glass jars, which the Chez Charles team will collect when future orders are delivered. The kitchen hotline is open daily with orders taken up until 5pm for delivery the next day.

At present, free delivery based on no minimum order amount is restricted to Business Bay, DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road, while orders outside of these areas have a minimum value requirement of AED 540.

This latest announcement comes hot on the heels on the debut of the company’s turnkey event management service, details of which can be viewed on its
newly re-launched website

The final quarter of 2015 will also see the unveiling of a new initiative with the launch of The Lunch Room, Chez Charles’ new hi-tech catering facility located in the Business Bay area.
