This Pantry Café signature dish is cooked using organic,
free-range, grain-fed hen’s eggs. Poached in a spicy tomato sauce and cooked with crumbled feta and jalapenos this dish can also be cooked using egg whites only to make it extra healthy.

Seriously Super Cereal Bowl (v)(gf) AED35 –
Our famous overnight soaked chia porridge is packed full of goodness. Not only is it made with super-food flax seeds, it’s also made with coconut milk and fresh fruits. Topped with home-made nut butter, fresh avocado and Valrhona dark chocolate no wonder this breakfast dish is called ‘Seriously Super’.

Texas Marinated Corn-Fed Baby Chicken AED85 –
The Texas marinated corn-fed baby chicken is served with freshly cooked cheddar cornbread. A new dish to the Pantry Café menu, this has fast become a favourite with our regulars. The succulent chicken is served with chipotle sour cream sauce and crunchy cooked vegetables.

Bangkok Coconut Curry (v) AED55 –
This comforting vegetarian curry is the perfect healthy lunch or dinner option. Made with fresh vegetables including asparagus, iron-packed broccoli florets and red cabbage. This curry is served with hot udon noodles and roasted peanuts for extra flavour.
