– The Hide changes the way you brunch at the weekend-
Take a traditional brunch menu of eggs benedict, beans on toast, pancakes and waffles, mix it up with The Hide’s inventive twist and award winning chef magic and you have The Hide’s brand new Saturday brunch.
Starting from 11am, diners can choose a seating time of their choice and revel in a range of meaty brunch items created by Head Chef Brian Voelzing and his culinary team.
Classic brunch dishes have been reinvented with The Hide’s signature style and served à la carte to include a range of mouth-watering egg dishes and sweet treats from 60 AED. Options include beans on toast the Hide way; a grilled crostini topped with brisket baked beans and an organic poached egg, as well as steak and eggs; an 1855 sirloin with two organic fried eggs, roasted tomato and Portobello mushroom.
Sweet treats include the sour cream Belgium waffle with fig jam, pomegranate maple syrup and fresh fruit, plus an oozing buttermilk pancake stack with strawberry and black pepper glaze. Diners can also opt for the home made muesli with organic Greek yoghurt, granola, rosemary honey and fresh berries and a choice of sides including vanilla ice cream, fruit compote or the Hide’s homemade apple butter are available.
A choice of three hour drinks packages can be added on to any chosen dish from 195 AED to include spirits, hops and a selection of house made Bloody Mary’s with all the trimmings from the dedicated Bloody Mary Bar, or a wine and bubbly package.
Guests are also able to choose from a range of The Hide’s signature dishes which are available throughout the day to include the rabbit and parmesan fritters, the ‘Tri Tip’ Burger and famous OMG onion rings.

About The Hide
The Hide is Dubai’s first American meatery, located within Jumeirah Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah and fronted by Head Chef Brian Voelzing and Executive Development Chef, Nick Cuadrado. Launched in October 2015 by JRG Dubai, The Hide menu features classic American comfort food including forgotten cuts, a super dry aged beef cabinet, a range of sides and traditional North American desserts. Seating a total of 111 within the main restaurant and a further 98 on the outdoor terrace, The Hide offers a raw and rustic feel with stone, slate and vintage glass throughout. A separate bar area showcases 54 grapes by the glass and an extensive cocktail and mocktail list. The Hide is open for daily for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 00:00 (last order 23:30). The Meatopia Brunch is served every Friday.
