Firmly established as one of Dubai’s most stylish fine dining venues, Mint Leaf of London is renowned for serving high-quality modern Indian cuisine to DIFC patrons. Taking a fresh approach in 2016, a new menu is being released which provides healthy options and caters to those with strict dietary requirements, ensuring that those with allergies or dietary restrictions have even more to love about Mint Leaf Dubai.

Creating mouth-watering ‘off the menu’ dishes and catering to dietary requirements since its inception, Mint Leaf Dubai has now gone one step further and produced an entire menu of healthy creations that range from gluten free to nut free, along with low fat, organic and vegan friendly options. Enriched in spices and flavor, the array of healthy, modern Indian cuisine available is carefully prepared under the guidance of world-class Head Chef Vivek Kashiwale.

The Healthy Options menu will be offered daily, from lunchtime onwards. Signature dishes available on Mint Leaf Dubai’s new Healthy Options menu include the ‘Fisherman’s Prawns’ (Black Tiger Prawns with Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime and Garlic). An excellent source of antioxidants, the prawns for this dish are dry roasted which ensures less saturated fats, ensuring that the final dish is not only gluten free, dairy free and nut free, but also low in fat. Also available is the ‘Masaledaar Bharwan Mirch’ (Roasted Bell Pepper bursting with diced Beetroot, Squash, Sweet Potato, Peas, Quinoa and Paneer), which is basted in olive oil before being roasted. Rich in dietary fiber and naturally high in protein content, this dish is also gluten free and a great option for vegetarians.  Whilst the dishes on the menu are immediately available, 24 hours’ notice is advisable in order to ensure that all dietary preferences can be fully catered to.

Dessert lovers are also looked after, with sugar free desserts on offer. To complement the healthy dining options, a beverage list inclusive of zero calorie and protein-packed cocktails and mocktails is also available.
