Dubai fans of the French dining venue located in Emirates Towers, who find themselves on the Spanish island this summer, can be assured to find the same je ne sais quoi of Parisian chic, flavours and class which aptly describes La Cantine du Faubourg.
Diners can enjoy a throughout menu consisting of terroir dishes, the local fisherman’s catch as well as famous Iberian meats and cold cuts, among other house specialties.
Head Designer James Michael Lees of Studio Hopscotch, was inspired by the nostalgic elegance of the 60’s and 70’s French Riviera when creating the chic silhouette of “105 by La Cantine”. The décor presents refined white facades, large windows facing the blue-green waters and a long terrace punctuated with lofty palm trees.
“105 by La Cantine” features a Riviera-style 150-seat grand terrace, facing the island’s mega-yacht port, with a private dining room and a fine food outlet where guests have the chance to personally select items perfect for picnic hampers. Including Bellota, caviar, bottarga, fine cigars and bubbly beverages listed amongst other gourmet delectables available, seafarers are guaranteed an ideal yacht day.
With a sophisticated romantic allure, the new destination showcases mosaics, whitened wood, comfortable banquettes, marble tables, large awnings to lunch under in the shade and partitions of lush greenery and foliage perfect for an intimate meal.
Also opening this month, is the new innovative concept: “105 Suites @ Marina Magna”, that presents 7 private contemporary apartments designed for optimized functionality with modern refinement and comfortable furnishings, presenting an exclusive address on the island.
“With 105 Suites @ Marina Magna, guests will enjoy the comforting feeling of being at home with fully equipped apartments, while benefiting from ‘A la carte’ services,” said Co-Owner Héléna Paraboschi.
