The Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah team brings back 14 medals from the East Coast Salon Culinaire & Cocktail Competition 2016
This 5th edition of the East Coast Salon Culinaire & Cocktail Competition, organized annually by the Emirates Culinary Guild, has seen the team of the renowned Fujairah resort winning the impressive overall number of 14 medals.
The 4 mixologists in the team have in fact brought back a medal each, 3 silver and 1 bronze; while the 11 chefs have achieved the result of 5 bronze medals and 6 silver, along with 5 certificates of merits, making this competition one of the most successful for the Resort.
The event, held in one of the Fujairah resorts along the Dibba coastline, has engaged chefs coming from all over the region in challenges ranging from designing a Three Courses Gourmet Dinner to baking the best bread loaves or showcasing impeccable practical cookery skills with different meat types and ingredients, while bartenders have been enrolled in one unique cocktail championships where creativity and precision have been tasted.
