Taking a fresh approach, the new ‘Chef’s Catch’ seafood menu has been designed to offer an extensive selection of dishes that are light on the stomach, tasty and fresh, so diners have even more to love about Mint Leaf Dubai.
Creating mouth-watering Indian cuisine since its inception, Mint Leaf Dubai have now created a five course seafood menu, incorporating dishes inspired by the season’s freshest catches from crab, scallops, Black Tiger Prawns, Lobster and more. Enriched in traditional spices and flavours, this carefully crafted menu has been designed and prepared by Head Chef Vivek Kashiwale, to complement the range of contemporary Indian cuisine available at Mint Leaf Dubai.
The ‘Chef’s Catch’ tasting menu will be offered daily, from lunchtime until late with Mint Leaf’s all day dining option and is offered at AED 299 per person. Signature dishes available include:
- ‘Poached Scallop & Leaf Salad’ – fresh local scallops served in a salad of mixed greens
- ‘South Indian Crab Cakes’ – White Crab Meat with South Indian Mustard Leaf Temper and a Panko Crumb
- ‘Kochi Lobster Tails with Seabass Chutney’ – Omani Lobster Tail flavoured with Cardamom and Saffron, served with Seabass and Saffron Cream
- ‘Cod Meen Kulambu’ – Delicate Morsels of Cod in a Tangy Tamarind Based Sauce
- ‘Prawn Biryani’
