Grand Hyatt Dubai presents two exciting venues to celebrate Eid Al Adha this year. Both The Collective and Awtar have created special menus to commemorate this holiday.
Guests can look forward to a diverse selection of classic and contemporary fare from all four sections of The Collective – the Levant Emporium, Grill Bar, Bombay Café and French Boutique Bakery. Chef Mahmoud has ensured a harmonious blend of traditional flavours among modern dishes. Highlights include roasted baby lamb, freeka-stuffed quail, an array of shawarma and pide, salt-crusted salmon, patra ni machi, kunafa cheese, Turkish delight, sticky date pudding and much more.
Taking place from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, The Collective Eid brunch is AED280 per person inclusive of soft beverages and AED380 per person with alcoholic beverages.
Experience Arabian splendour at Awtar with authentic Lebanese cuisine and live entertainment to mark an exceptional Eid celebration. Guests can enjoy a set menu of featuring delectable traditional dishes and desserts by Chef Tarek. These sumptuous delights include the ever-favourite mixed grilled and seafood, hot and cold mezze and assorted Arabic sweets.
The Awtar set menu will be served from 7:30 PM till 3:00 AM (last order is at 1:30 AM) and is priced at AED270 per person.
