Chef Hoshiyar brings with him over 16 years of culinary experience in Indian cuisine. Having worked as Sous Chef in this award-winning restaurant, Chef Hoshiyar is well versed with the specialties, the regular customers and what it takes to keep this restaurant’s kitchen running as smoothly as it has over the years.

“Promoting Chef Hoshiyar to lead the kitchen of Antique Bazaar is ensuring our customers continue to experience the same tastes and delights as they have for the many years with Chef Munna” explains Amit Kumar, Director Food & Beverage, Four Points by Sheraton, Bur Dubai.

Chef Hoshiyar’s love for cooking started at a very young age when his elder brother, also a professional chef challenged him to compete with him in preparing an Indian speciality and Chef Hoshiyar’s dish won. This determined his professional journey. His first job in a 5-Star hotel was in Jaipur in 2000 and he traveled the shores to Dubai in 2007.

“I’m looking forward to this challenge and to lead the team at Antique Bazaar,” says Chef Hoshiyar. “I’m excited with the opportunity to continue offering Antique Bazaar’s customers the same great taste and dishes as well as introducing some new ones.”
