FIND YOUR FLOW WITH A FRESH AND HEALTHY NEW SHARING MENU AT DUBAI’S HOMEGROWN HEALTH AND CREATIVE HUB
From Teriyaki Beef Salad and Grilled Organic Tandoori Chicken Sliders to Braised Moroccan Lamb Shoulder, sharing is caring with Flow’s new dishes
With an already-extensive menu of more than 45 delectable dishes perfect for health-conscious diners, Flow in the Jumeirah Emirates Towers has firmly cemented its position as one of the city’s leading home-grown health hubs and creative workspaces.
So residents, visitors, foodies and roving workers alike will delight in the refreshing and tantalising flavours found in more than 20 new dishes created by Head Chef Christopher Kinsley.
“Our new dishes are served all day long and – in typical Flow fashion – feature only the freshest organic seasonal ingredients. The response to our launch menu was overwhelming and it’s always been our intention to enhance the menu with bespoke creations as the concept develops and word spreads,” said Chef Kinsley.
Comprising all-day breakfast items, snacks, small entrees, sharing platters, salads and desserts, the revamped menu continues to make recognisable dishes in a healthy way, hailing from Britain, India, the Middle East and beyond.
For those looking to start the day the right way, a Summer Vegetable Egg White Omelette, Granary French Toast and Whole Wheat & Oats Waffle have been added to the all-day breakfast menu, while new small plates include a Shrimp Slider in a spinach bun, Teriyaki Beef Salad, Braised Moroccan Lamb Shoulder, Grilled Oyster Blade Steak, Quinoa-crusted Baked Salmon and a Grilled Organic Tandoori Chicken Slider in a curry bun. New Mezze, Garden and Land & Sea Platters are perfect for sharing, comprising everything from lamb shoulder and sumac baby chicken to summer crudités, squash and halloumi sliders and salmon ceviche.
New to the salad selection, a trio of Roasted Pumpkin, Wild Rice & Mung Bean, Spiced Roasted Carrot & Quinoa and Whole Meal Pasta, Pear & Gorgonzola with wild bee pollen dressing have been introduced to Flow, while the guilt-free dessert offerings now also include a gluten-free Baked Cherry Cheesecake and Ginger Cupcake with cream cheese frosting.
Flow’s new menu items can also be washed down with a fresh roast, cup of steaming hot tea, an energising fruit juice, or a smoothie.
