HMH – Hospitality Management Holding has appointed Rene Vincent-Ernst as the General Manager for Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel. Vincent-Ernst has over three decades of outstanding experience in the hospitality industry spanning Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Vincent-Ernst began his career in the industry at The Savoy Hotel in London in 1988 as the food and beverage manager and subsequently worked his way up serving a number of key positions in various prestigious hotels. He also worked as a consultant for Tourism Development and Investment Company Abu Dhabi from May 2015 to February 2017.

A Danish national, Vincent-Ernst holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Royal Hotel School in Denmark and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Delward University in California.
